Privacy

Sekanlo is a CRM. Each company that uses it (our customer) decides what personal data about its own leads is stored; Sekanlo processes that data on the company's behalf.

What we process

Lead details a company captures (name, phone, email, city, enquiry), the conversations and call transcripts between the company's AI/staff and those leads, and staff account details.

Consent and rights

Companies are responsible for having consent to contact leads. Sekanlo records how and when consent was captured, supports opt-out (reply STOP), and lets companies export or erase lead data to honour access, correction and erasure requests under India's DPDP Act, 2023.

Separation and security

Every company has its own isolated workspace. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions are scoped to the workspace address, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.

AI

Messages may be processed by AI providers to generate replies and summaries. The AI discloses that it is an AI and does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
